About her

Payal Irani, the Founder of Bloom-Centre for Excellence in Education, Training, Development, and Research is an entrepreneur, a core transformer, a therapist, a keynote speaker, and an author. Carrying forward the family legacy of social service for 25 years, she has been empowering children and women over the years. She is a board member of Show and Heal a non-profit organization in Florida USA, looking after the education of culturally sensitive children on diversity and inclusion.

What she loves to do?

Dr. Neeta, the Brand Ambassador for IDF and Peace and Happiness at IWPG (S. Korea) is the Founder of Reach Out, mentor at Bringle Academy, a certified Trainer Eduprenur, Master NLP( International), psychotherapist, gestalt practitioner, and a wellness, sexual and relationship coach having a  specialization in alternative system of medicine, energy medicine, metaphor art therapy, ABT, and chromatography (color psychology). 

Acheivements

A Licensed Psychogeometrics Master Facilitator and Coach, a Gestalt Therapist, and an NLP programmer, she has been contributing to the mental health sector on a broad scale. She believes that the Power of Healing is within ourselves. Her interest in mental health grew as she came across heart-wrenching events and realized the importance of mental health.

Payal also manages a school in Haridwar and is a member of the Speaker Institute’s Mumbai Speakers Tribe and the PSAI Mumbai Chapter. She is a Council member of India Malaysia Business Council of Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (WICCI).
