Premraj Kalapadan is a global Professional keynote Speaker and Author. He speaks on Employee Engagement, Leadership and Management with emphasis in the Banking and Financial space.
Premraj is the co-author of five books, all of which scaled the Amazon #1 Best seller list. He loves writing on the human angle at the work place. He was also the winner in the NMCBI India Authors Award in November 2021
Premraj spent 37 years in Banking with experience in Public and Private sector. He held senior positions in Retail Branch Banking in India’s best bank. As Branch Manager in a very large branch, with active Employee Engagement, he introduced a process that became the standing operating system in the Bank. Premraj has also been a CEO of a group company of this Bank, overseeing over 21000 employees.
